The Herald of Abruzzo is the weekly newspaper of the Diocese of Teramo-Atri, founded in Teramo, on March 19, 1904, on the initiative of the bishop Msgr.
Alessandro Zanecchia-Ginetti.
In 2004, Herald celebrated 100 years of life.
It is by far the longest running magazine in the history of Abruzzo and it is also the oldest among those existing in Abruzzo today.
